▎Description
What is the Bag Turner Conveyor ?
The Bag Turner Conveyor system is used to turn a standing bag in a vertical direction for subsequent forming and transport processes. Usually, the bag reverse conveyor is located after the sealing machine and before the flatten equipment. When the bag has finished the sealing process in a standing form, the upright bag is pushed down by the bag pushing lever and, under the joint action of the bag turning plate and the conveyor belt, is turned flat for transport. The automatic bag turning cylinder is used to match the bag turning process after turning, and then it enters the shaping, testing and palletizing sections respectively according to the sequence.
Our bag turner conveyor machine is designed with a stable structure and no complicated electric control procedures, so it can run stably for a long time, and is easy to operate and maintain simply.
