What is the Super Fine Powder Auger Filling Machine?

Wxtytech’s all stainless-steel bottom-fill bagging machines are suitable for packing additives, toner, dry powder for fire extinguishers, other super-fine powders, and powders with high precision bagging requirements, and are widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries with large quantities of powdery material packaging needs.

Our bottom-up filling technology provides high filling accuracy, and the complete machine is well sealed, combined with wxtytech’s 4-pipe dust removal technology to minimize dust emissions into the air. The visual and easy-open design of the silo makes it easy to observe the condition of the material and to clean the silo.

The highly accurate weight sensor is mounted in the base under the bag and signals the machine to help with two-speed filling, metering and lifting.

The complete unit is designed to be compact, flexible and easy to transport. If combine it with the conveyor system, sewing system and loading system, then a powder bagging line can be quickly set up.


Working Process

  6. For materials with high gas content, the equipment is equipped with an air extraction device.
