What is the Bulk Bag Unloader ?
The FIBC bulk bag unloading machine solves the impact of dust on the environment during the bag opening process, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves production efficiency, and also avoids the phenomenon of caking and difficult discharge due to moisture absorption.
Workers only need to use a forklift or electric lift to lift the big bag to the designated position, then open the discharge mouth, by activating the vibrating device at the bottom of the bag to promote the flow of material, relying on gravity to let the material fall into the hopper, at the same time, the dust removal system of the equipment will automatically start to absorb dust.
The frame of the machine has been tested and has a strong load bearing capacity to ensure safe use. The overall design of the machine is also compact, improving the utilization of space while completing the discharge.
