What is the Pulse Dust Collector ？

The pulse dust collector is a device used to filter dust from a gas. The dusty gas is fed into the cloth cylinder of the dust collector and, using pulses, the gas and dust are separated, with the clean gas being discharged through the exhaust holes and the dust falling to the bottom of the unit.

Our industrial dust collector machine has a stable performance, reliable in quality, and good air cleaning capacity. They also have back-blowing function to clean the cloth cylinder and extend the service life of the device.

1. Dust gas from the box into the box inlet, part of the coarse particles of dust due to the role of gravity, fall into the box, play a primary dust removal, the rest of the fine dust with the air flow to the filter bag, the air through the filter bag into the bag, and then through the upper box, from the air outlet discharge, to achieve the effect of gas, dust separation.
2. With the growth of time, the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, so that the resistance of the airflow through the filter bag also increases, in order to keep the equipment in the limited use range, the bag should be cleaned regularly to achieve the purpose of reducing the resistance. Wxtytech jet pulse filter is to use pulse blowing system to clean each bag in turn according to certain procedures, the compressed air is pulse sprayed into the filter bag, so that the bag rapidly expands, the fiber tissue in a short period of reverse airflow (and filter gas flow in the opposite direction) so as to clear the bag outside the accumulated dust.
3. Pulse bag dust collector cleaning control adopts PLC microcomputer programmable controller for control.
4. The filter cartridge is made of 500~550g/m2 polyester needle-punched felt, which ensures that fine dust is filtered, and the dust filtration rate reaches 99%.
5. The designed structure is compact, easy to maintain and has a long service life.
