What is the Screw Valve Bagging Machine?

Valve Bag Packing Machine are robust and cost-effective equipment designed to handle powdered or flaky materials, which often have a high air content. During the packaging process, the material is fed smoothly and tightly into the bag by a frequency converter-controlled spiral winch, and the machine stops feeding when the filling weight reaches a preset value.

The whole set of equipment is compact in design and stable in structure, integrating automatic arch breaking, measuring, filling and sealing, which greatly reduces the subsequent workload and minimizes the amount of dust in the packaging process.

Features

  1. During the packing process, fast and slow feeds are performed by a program set by the PLC. The fast program was used before, and the slow feed is used when 90% of the rated volume is reached.
  2. High precision spiral feeding with dustproof device at the feeding mouth, no dust, and matching spiral mechanism for bag opening, which can be selected according to different specifications of bags.
  3. Vibrate the bags during the packing process to speed up the packing speed and make the bags smooth and beautiful.
  4. Automatic tare, zero point reset, and data self-correction functions facilitate the use of different sizes or weights of bags
  5. When the material reaches the lower limit, it will immediately alarm and automatically stop packing, and the system will automatically enter the standby program.
  6. The arch-breaking function in the feeding process ensures that the material enters the conveying screw and the bag continuously and smoothly.
  7. The meter has a counting function and can be equipped with a printer when printing is needed.
  8. The overall box design of the equipment is easy to install and move.
