▎Description

What is the Compression Bagger？

The semi-automatic compress packing machine uses manual bagging. The worker places pre-made plastic bags over the discharge opening and sealing the bags once the compressed material has entered the bag. The whole compression bagging system is a semi-automatic system that is very simple to operate and easy to get to grips with.

Our products offer a very high compression ratio, which significantly reduces transport costs, while providing great reliability, safety and flexibility. The equipment is low maintenance and labour costs are also low, requiring only one worker at the discharge point. Our baffle material conveyors continuously feed material into the hopper.

Many materials are rich in fibers, which have small and loose characteristics, such as wood chips, shavings, sawdust, silage, textiles, cotton yarn, alfalfa, rice hulls, etc. Because these materials are not easily transportable, they need to be compressed and packed into a transportable form.
